The Rainbow Room of Hood & Somervell Counties is a nonprofit organization whose mission is dedicated to restoring dignity and hope to abused and neglected children under the care of Child Protective Services.
The Rainbow Room is an emergency resource center in a store-like setting that distributes new items to Child Protective Services (CPS) caseworkers for their clients and foster children.
Children who are removed from abusive situations can go into foster or kinship care with the dignity of having new possessions they can call their own.
