Help Us Collect Essentials for Hood County Kids

This year, the team at Hood County Stampede is partnering with local businesses and our community to help collect essential items for families served by our 2026 beneficiary, Hood County Christmas for Children (HCCFC). HCCFC serves over 1,600 children in Hood County, helping make sure every child wakes up on Christmas morning with gifts, clothing, and necessities. But the need for essentials exists all year long and that's where our community can step up. We are organizing a year-round collection drive to help provide the everyday items families need most.

A Simple Yet Powerful Mission

Every child deserves to feel cared for, especially during the holidays.

What Families Need Most

One of the goals of Hood County Christmas for Children is to ensure children ages 6 and under receive a new pair of pajamas and kids ages 7 and older receive a new hoodie or jacket. In addition to clothing, many families need basic essentials like hygiene products and personal care items. Another request that helps tremendously is gift cards to food establishments to allow older kids and teenagers to grab a meal when they need it, providing independence and support in a meaningful way.
